Hunger Pangs are Fat Leaving The Body

Defeating hunger (from the standpoint of weight control, not world hunger) is a matter of self-control.

You have to push through those hunger pangs.

When dieting, you might feel - especially at first - like one of those very unfortunate people in the third world without food.

But you'll be surprised that hunger pangs are transitory. If you can suck it up for a few minutes, it will usually pass. If it doesn't , you can knock it back with a small snack incorporating a lot of fiber and perhaps a diet soda or something fizzy.

Certainly you have had the experience when you started preparing a meal because you fely hungry - but by the time it was ready, you weren't any more? It was likely momentary low blood sugar and your body corrected before you could stuff your face.

If you can hold off when the hunger pang hits - delay that gratification for just a few minutes - you can get through it and cut weight faster.
